- Ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp.

Step-by-step preparation of semolina muffins with honey and fruit puree in the microwave, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the eggs, break the shell with a knife and pour the contents into a deep bowl.
2. With a mixer at high speed, beat the eggs until fluffy, lemon-colored.
3. Pour semolina into the beaten eggs.
4. Stir the food until smooth.
5. Add ground cinnamon to the dough and stir the food again.
6. Add fruit puree to the dough and mix everything with a mixer.
7. Pour honey into the dough. It should be of a liquid consistency. If it is thick, pre-melt it in a water bath or in the microwave. But do not bring it to a boil, it is enough to just melt it.
