Cooking pumpkin soufflé
1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into pieces and place in a cooking pot. Cover with drinking water and boil until soft. The average cooking time is 20 minutes, usually depending on the size of the vegetable.
2. Turn the finished pumpkin on a sieve to glass the liquid and grind with a blender to a puree consistency.
3. Add semolina. Wash the orange, cut it in half and squeeze the juice out of it.
4. Put a pinch of salt and honey. Stir the food and leave to stand for 30 minutes for the semolina to swell.
5. Beat the egg into a bowl and beat with a mixer until an airy foam forms.
6. Add baking soda to the dough and pour the egg foam.
7. Mix the ingredients well and pour the dough into molds. If they are iron, then first grease with butter. Silicone or Teflon molds do not need to be processed.
8. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and set the soufflé to bake for 35-40 minutes. To prevent it from burning on top, cover it with cling foil or parchment. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer - it must be dry.
9. Allow the finished product to cool slightly. Then remove from the mold, place on a serving dish and serve with tea to the table. If you take it out of the mold hot, it can break.
