If you are going to arrange a fasting day or improve your body, then cottage cheese in the company with bran will be what you need. Philosophers, scientists and doctors wrote about the value and benefits of cottage cheese as early as the 1st century BC. It is included in the children's menu in the first year of life of babies, because the product contains all the necessary substances (amino acids, protein, vitamins, milk fat) that are needed by the body of absolutely any age.

And if we know a lot about the benefits of cottage cheese, then not everyone knows about such a product as bran. So, bran is essentially a waste after grinding grain. That is, the grain is first ground into flour, and its waste is called bran. They are used as a food additive in any foods, salads, or consumed on their own. Although, in the old days, bran was considered the food of the poor, and in the 20th century they were used mainly for feeding livestock. However, after that, scientists have confirmed that they are amazingly useful, and almost are the "elixir" of health, youth and beauty.

6. Divide the curd mass into bowls and sprinkle with bran. Grinding the bran is not worth it. If desired, the curd mixture can be mixed with the bran.

You can use any bran: oat, buckwheat, wheat, rye, linseed, etc. Any of them contain fiber, which is an excellent food for the intestinal flora of the human body.
