After all, half of the sucrose in them, during baking, breaks down into simple sugars (fructose, glucose), which are absorbed by the body much better and have a sweeter taste.
Baking apples is easy. The core is removed, filled with the filling and the fruit is sent to the oven. If you have no time to mess around with the filling, then you can bake the fruit whole or pre-cut into medium-sized slices. The apples are removed from the oven when the skin begins to crack. They eat baked apples for breakfast, lunch or dinner. And if they are prepared with filling, they can become a delicious dessert for any festive table.
When preparing this dessert, you should take into account the type of fruit. Apples should have a firm and hard skin, and not particularly sweet flesh. The varieties are suitable - golden, mac, granny smith, ranet, antonovka.
