1. Since the recipe is extremely simple, you do not need to use additional kitchen utensils other than a bowl and a fork. Put cottage cheese, flour, semolina, eggs and sugar in a bowl, add milk. If you want the casserole to have a uniform structure, you will have to grind the cottage cheese through a fine sieve or pre-grind it with an immersion blender. If you like small grains of cottage cheese in a finished casserole, then mash the cottage cheese with a fork, along with other ingredients, will be enough.

3. Add apples to the curd dough. Mix well. For spice lovers, add a little vanilla and cinnamon.
4. Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil using a brush.
5. Put the curd dough with the grated apple into a mold and smooth out the top. We send the form to the oven heated to 180 degrees.
6. We bake dessert for half an hour on the top shelf. After 30 minutes, check the casserole; if it is not browned and is still raw inside, increase the baking time by 10-15 minutes. It all depends on your oven.
7. Cool the finished curd casserole completely and let it brew for at least an hour. Then it will seem to you the most delicious dessert. But even immediately after baking, it is amazingly tasty and aromatic. Bon Appetit.
