Pumpkin and apples are convenient products that do not require lengthy processing with long storage times, of course, provided that the right conditions are observed. It is enough to peel the pumpkin from the hard skin, remove the core from the apple, and the products are ready for use. Pancakes can be cooked by all methods known for baking. For example, in a slow cooker, double boiler, in a skillet, or bake in the oven. The dough can be mixed with soda, yeast or without. It depends on the momentary mood and taste, but sour cream, kefir or an egg are mainly used.
You can serve delicious bright orange pancakes for breakfast, or as a snack in a harmonious combination with sweet jam or vanilla sauce. Small sunny pancakes will cheer you up and provide an excellent positive charge for the whole day. I am sure that no one can resist such a temptation.
In addition to the fact that such pancakes are very tasty, they are also very healthy. After all, everyone knows about the benefits of the constituent ingredients. However, despite all the useful properties of pumpkin, people who suffer from gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer, gastritis with low acidity and diabetes should refrain from eating it.

- Pumpkin - 300 g
- Apple - 1 pc.
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Oat flakes - 50 g
- Sugar - 2 tablespoons or to taste

Cooking apple and pumpkin pancakes in the oven
1. Peel the pumpkin, wash and dry well. Then grate it on a coarse grater. For this process, you can use a food processor, then you will cope with the preparation of pancakes faster.
2. Wash the apple, dry it and remove the core with a special knife. Whether or not to peel the apple is up to you. I always leave the peel, tk. firstly, it has many useful properties, and secondly, during cooking it becomes soft, and is practically not felt in the dish.
3. Combine the grated pumpkin with the apples in a bowl. Add oatmeal, sugar, salt to them and beat in an egg.
4. Knead the dough well so that all food is evenly distributed.
5. Grease a baking sheet or any baking dish with butter. Form the dough into a round or oval pancake and place in the prepared pan. Heat the oven to 200 degrees and send the pancakes to bake for 20 minutes. After the apple and pumpkin pancakes, turn over and bake for another 10 minutes.
The food can be served both hot and cold. Pancakes are combined with any sweet sauces, honey, tea, coffee or milk.
