Ingredients:
- Pumpkin - 200 g
- Apples - 2-3 pcs.
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Semolina - 3 tablespoons
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons or to taste
- Butter - 50 g
- Salt - a pinch
Making a pumpkin and apple casserole
1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into medium cubes and boil for 20 minutes until tender.
2. Then drain the water and grind the pumpkin with a crush or grind it with a blender.
3. Wash the apples, remove the core with a special knife, cut the skin, and grate the pulp on a coarse grater.
4. Combine pumpkin puree with grated apples, and add sugar, salt, semolina and softened butter.
5. Stir the pumpkin mixture until smooth.
6. Drive the eggs into a convenient container.
7. And with a mixer, beat them into an airy fluffy white mass until they double in volume.
8. Add the beaten eggs to the pumpkin and apple mixture, which mix well.
