- Homemade cherry wine … A kilogram of berries is washed, pitted and passed through a blender. 2 liters of water, several bay leaves, 4 clove buds and sugar are poured into the resulting puree at your own discretion. The liquid is put on a slow fire, stirred periodically and the foam is removed. Then the berries are placed under a press and diluted with water. Then they put me under pressure again. - Pork loin … A kilogram of loin is washed, dried with paper towels and cut into small slices no thicker than 3 cm. Rub with salt and black pepper. Fry the meat on both sides in an oiled and well-heated skillet. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Then each piece of loin is wrapped in foil and put there sesame seeds, parsley and cloves to taste. The meat is placed in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-13 minutes. After that, reduce the temperature to 170 and bake for about 7 minutes.

- Masala tea … In a container, mix a teaspoon of ground nutmeg, cardamom, 3 clove buds and ginger passed through a fine grater.
