You can make coffee with orange peel in any way. It doesn't matter. Coffee machine, cezve, coffee maker, turk … you will still get a wonderful drink. It is important to use good quality water, it is better to take bottled water. It is also recommended to grind the coffee beans before preparing the drink. Adhering to these rules, you will get aromatic coffee with a bright orange flavor. Orange peel (fresh or dried) or juice from a freshly squeezed fruit are suitable for orange notes. If you prefer a stronger orange scent with a slight bitterness, then grate fresh zest just before cooking. And if you like the proposed drink, then prepare the zest for future use by making a dried blank. Then it will be possible to add it to coffee in a dried form all year round.
