It's time for the holidays - New Year and Christmas. Many celebrate their birthday during the winter months. Holiday salads are more relevant now than ever. Pomegranate Bracelet salad - easy to prepare, but very effective and rich in serving.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 400 g
- Potatoes - 2 medium
- Apples - 2 small
- Carrot - 1 large
- Beets - 2 medium
- Pomegranate - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise - 70 g
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper - a couple of pinches

1. Boil the chicken fillet until tender. The broth can be left for the first courses. If it is not possible to use it right away, freeze it in disposable cups. Boiled chicken fillet, if desired, can be fried over very high heat for literally three to four minutes with the addition of soy sauce. Then the chicken fillet will not be dry, but the taste of the whole salad will be different. Take the chicken fillet into small pieces or cut into cubes. Place a glass in the center of the dish where the salad will be collected. Arrange the chicken fillet around the glass.
2. To keep the chicken flavorless, season with salt and pepper. Make a mayonnaise mesh. You don't need to use a lot of mayonnaise.
3. Since the chicken fillet itself is dry, the second layer will be a grated apple. It will add juiciness. The apple can be replaced with fried onions or pickled mushrooms.
