The Pomegranate Bracelet salad can rightfully be considered a classic, because almost no celebration is complete without it! Although recently they have already begun to forget about it a little, since it was replaced by modern salads and snacks with exotic products. However, he still has fans. And in general, if you have been preparing it for a long time, then let's return the dish to our tables. After all, the Pomegranate bracelet salad really looks beautiful and solemn. It is quite attractive due to its vibrant pomegranate seeds that dot the entire surface of the dish.
In this salad, of course, there is a classic set of products, but it is perfect, not necessary. The only must-have salad ingredient is pomegranate seeds. And of course, the shape is in the form of a ring. And all the ingredients that will be hidden inside under the grains, you can choose on your own to your taste. But I will give you a list of traditional products. These are boiled vegetables (potatoes, carrots, beets), hard-boiled eggs and a meat product. All products are stacked in layers and seasoned with mayonnaise to hold them together. But you can choose your own combination of products, which can be laid out in any order.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
- Potatoes - 2 pcs.
- Beets - 1 pc.
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Eggs - 4 pcs.
- Mayonnaise - for dressing
- Pomegranate - 1 pc.
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Salt to taste
Step-by-step preparation of Pomegranate Bracelet salad:
1. Wash potatoes, beets and carrots and place in a cooking pot. Pour vegetables with water and boil until tender. Potatoes with carrots will be ready sooner. Therefore, remove them, and continue to cook the beets.
2. Wash the eggs, put in a saucepan, fill with drinking water and boil hard boiled.
3. Rinse the chicken fillet and boil in the same way in salted water. You won't need broth for this recipe, so you can use it for another dish or freeze it for future use. Chill vegetables, eggs and meat completely after cooking. Since the process of boiling and cooling requires a sufficient amount of time, then do this in advance, for example, in the evening. So that the next day you just collect the salad.
4. When all the products are prepared, select a dish for the salad and in the middle place a pastry ring, glass, glass or any other round object around which you will lay out the food. First layer chicken fillet, cut into pieces or torn in fibers and brush it with mayonnaise
5. Top with the grated boiled potatoes, soaked in the sauce.
6. Next, distribute the grated boiled eggs. Lubricate them with mayonnaise as well.
7. Chop the onions in half rings and sauté in a frying pan. Fry the walnuts in another clean, dry skillet and fry in medium pieces. Then apply these products with the next layer.
8. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and lay out the next layer. Saturate it with sauce.
9. The next layer is grated beets. It is unnecessary to grease it with mayonnaise. For any layout of products, make sure that the last layer of salad is grated beets so that the salad looks more beautiful - in a monochromatic burgundy color.
10. Disassemble the pomegranate into grains and place them tightly on top with the last layer, as if pressing into the beetroot layer. Soak the salad in the refrigerator for one hour to soak and serve. It looks quite impressive and has an unusual, unbroken taste. And if you are confused by pomegranate seeds, then find pomegranate without seeds or replace it with lingonberries.
