How to make a hanger out of old keys?

- old keys;
- a tablet;
- self-tapping screws;
- pliers.
In this case, a plank from an old parquet floor was used. You can take one that you have on the farm. Then you will need to bend the keys. This can be done with pliers, or by placing the key on a round stone and hitting it with a hammer to bend it.

Try making a jewelry holder. This is where you hang your chains, bracelets, jewelry. Use an old metal desk lamp that has deteriorated as a base. Glue or weld keys onto its metal rack. Then paint your creation.
How to make lamps from old keys?
Keys will also help to create them. If the design idea requires it, then paint them first. In the photo on the right, the keys are scarlet, they are in harmony with the inside of the lamp. And the outer one can be made from a metal basket. These are designed for transferring eggs. If you have this rare item lying around, you can use it. Or use a colander like this.
Hang metal chains on the prepared round base, at the ends of which you fasten the old keys. Even with an ordinary socket, such a lamp looks wonderful. Use a metal rim from the wheel for the base. You can take a bicycle.
If you wish, you can weave a wire shade frame or take a metal mesh and create a lamp base out of it. And attach the old keys here, simply tying them with wire. If there are no holes in these objects, then drill them with a drill.
If you have an old floor lamp, but its cover has worn out over time, replace this short-lived one with a metal one. Remove the fabric from the floor lamp, tie the keys to its base with wire.

If your home has a boring solid color wall, see how you can decorate it. To do this, first make a border out of the keys, so that you get a heart. Then you need to attach the keys inside it. To do this, you can use a metal base, for example, a mesh, and simply tie these items here. This was done in the left photo. You can decorate a New Year tree with them. To do this, it is enough to tie the keys to satin ribbons and hang them on the forest beauty. If you wish, first glue a picture of Santa Claus, a snowman or other New Year's motive on each key. After that, you also need to fix the tape in order to hang these elements of the New Year's decoration.

- thread or twine;
- keys.
Wash bottles, if they have labels, remove. Tie the dry bottles with a thread, at the same time fixing the keys here.
In such containers, you can store various bulk products, as well as leave notes to family members.
To decorate the bottle like in the middle photo, take:
- glass jar;
- a piece of lace fabric;
- threads;
- keys;
- button;
- a needle.
Measure the size of the jar, cut out a piece of lace of the appropriate size. Wrap a jar with this fabric, tie a satin ribbon around the neck or wind a rope. Sew a button of the same color here, you can put a key on it.
And to decorate the bottle, as in the legal photo, it is enough to tie the neck with a beautiful thread and fix the keys here. You can put flowers in such a container, after having poured water here.
Use a bottle to create a metal bottle based on it. You will glue the glass container with keys. But then you will need to carefully break the glass, remove it, and you will have a bottle of keys.
You can create a glass in the same way. And to make round balloons for decorating the room, you will need to inflate the balloon, then glue its surface with keys. When the glue is dry, burst the ball, remove it.

Panel from old keys - master class and photo
Even a small number of keys can be used for a beautiful painting. If you want to make a panel, then cover the keys to the base. Then you will need to make the frame round, square or other shape. A similar idea is shown in the top right photo. And on the right left, the keys were glued to the finished base. Pre-painted white to blend in with the oval frame. In the bottom left photo, the keys are copper, the frame is the same shade, so all the elements are perfectly combined. If you have beautiful locker keys that look like old ones that you no longer use, then make a tiered bracelet out of them. In the top photo on the left, you can see that each key must be tied with a string or leather ribbon on both sides. You can connect all four tiers on the reverse side with the same ribbon, put on this bracelet without connecting the turns together. Then you can wear either one bracelet, or one consisting of several keys. And if you have one beautiful key, drill small holes on both sides in it to thread the chain here.
Small keys from locks, even from a mailbox, come in handy to make a bracelet, as in the bottom left photo. To each you need to attach a metal ring, which you will also fix on the chain.
And if you wish, then make a whole set of such products. The next key will need to be bent, putting it on a rounded metal shape. Then you need to knock with a hammer. To make it easier to work, you can first warm up the key to make it more pliable. To do this, it is placed in a preheated oven. Then you need to carefully remove it with pliers, put it on a round metal mold and work with a hammer.
Another old key can turn into original earrings. Here you will need to attach hooks; as a decoration, you can fix plastic roses, beads or metal hearts.
If you want to make a boutonniere for a wedding, so that it is different from others, use the following idea.
Such a thing is symbolic. After all, we can say that the newly-made spouse gives the keys to the heart to his young wife. Of course, it is better to take a beautiful one that looks like an old one. Cabinet keys can be used. If you wish, decorate these items with artificial berries, small branches of greenery. The second idea is to decorate the key with feathers, imitation pearls and a sewing or silk patch. Or you can simply tie the key to a satin ribbon and fix it on the jacket. The top left photo shows how you can attach a chain with an interspersed faux pearl to a key. In the next photo, the chain is trimmed with colored beads and stones.
