- Bulgur - 200 g
- Pork - 400 g
- Tomato juice with pulp - 200 ml
- Water - 150-200 ml
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Curry - 1/2 tsp
- Ground paprika - 1/2 tsp
- White pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step by step cooking bulgur with meat and tomato juice
1. Before cooking bulgur with meat and tomato juice, prepare the meat component. To do this, rinse the pulp under running water. We get rid of unwanted elements - fat, films, ligaments. Cut into large cubes with a side of about 2 cm. So the meat will retain its taste, juiciness and useful substances, but at the same time it will be completely cooked.
2. In a deep bowl, combine the white peppercorns, curry, paprika and sunflower oil.
3. Here we spread the chopped pork pulp and knead thoroughly so that the seasonings completely envelop the surface of the meat. In this state, you can leave for 30-60 minutes for marinating, or you can immediately proceed to the next step.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan, place the meat on it and fry for a few minutes until a crust forms on the pulp. After that, we reduce the heat a little and simmer for another 5 minutes and put in a saucepan.
5. Rinse the parsley and chop finely with a knife. Pour tomato juice on top of the meat and add chopped greens.
6. After that add bulgur, mix and pour in water.
7. Make the low heat under the pan and leave under the lid for 15-20 minutes.
