1. Pour the whey into a bowl, add the vegetable oil and beat in the egg. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. The oil is necessary so that the pancakes do not stick to the pan during baking. If you do not add it to the dough, then you will need to grease the pan with fat before baking each pancake.
2. Stir the liquid ingredients well to form a homogeneous liquid.
3. Pour flour into the liquid. It is advisable to sift it through a fine sieve so that it is enriched with oxygen. This will make the pancakes more tender. Whisk the dough until smooth and smooth so that there are no lumps. You can use a hand blender for this process.
4. Grease a frying pan with a thin layer of oil and heat. It should be lubricated with oil only before baking the first pancake. Do not do this further. At this point, wash and dry the strawberries, then cut into thin rings of 3 mm. If the berries are frozen, do not defrost them. Chop them frozen. When the pan is hot, pour a portion of the dough over it and immediately add the strawberry slices, as if pressing them into the dough so that they sink into it. Place the skillet on the stove and grill the pancake for 2 minutes over medium heat. Then turn over and cook for no more than 30 seconds to prevent the strawberries from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
