Step by step cooking omelet in pita bread
1. At the very beginning of the process of making an omelet in pita bread, mix two main ingredients - milk and eggs. It is not at all necessary to beat this mixture with a mixer; it is enough to thoroughly mix the ingredients with the addition of spices using a regular fork.
2. Separately three cheese and chop the herbs. Then add them to the egg-milk mass and mix again.
3. Prepare the pita bread first. Using kitchen scissors, cut off a piece that is twice the size of the pan. Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan or grease it thoroughly with butter. We warm up. We spread the cake in such a way that the edges hang over the sides.
4. Then pour in the egg-milk blank.
5. Immediately cover with the edges of the pita bread so that they cover the egg mixture well and it does not flow out. Press lightly with a fork or spatula.
6. Reduce the heat to the minimum and simmer the omelet in pita bread for about 4 minutes on one side, turn it over and keep the same amount on the other side.
7. For a crisper crust, you can add oil to the pan and fry again on each side over high heat for 1 minute.
