Ingredients:

  • Chicken or rabbit meat - 200 g
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions - 2 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs - 5 pcs.
  • Garlic - 1-2 cloves
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Walnuts - 100 g
  • Raisins - 100 g
  • Kiwi - 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise - 200 g

Cooking salad emerald bracelet

To prepare this festive (mostly New Year's) salad, you first need to prepare all the ingredients, then put everything in a flat salad bowl prepared in moderation, in which you put a glass in the middle.

  1. You need to boil chicken breast or rabbit meat (which is preferable) and chop finely.
  2. Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater.
  3. Cut the onion into quarters and grate the carrots on a medium grater. It is not hard to fry in vegetable oil. Then transfer to a saucer so that it does not continue to fry in a pan.
  4. If necessary, sort the raisins and scald with boiling water so that they are soft.
  5. Chop the walnuts.
  6. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.
  7. If desired, squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic into mayonnaise.
  8. Put a glass in a salad bowl in the center and start laying out everything in turn. Put chicken or rabbit meat around the glass first and brush with mayonnaise.
  9. Then sprinkle with raisins.
  10. Next, put the fried carrots and onions and grease with mayonnaise again.
  11. Sprinkle with nuts.
  12. Then grated eggs.
  13. Sprinkle with cheese and again coat everything thoroughly with mayonnaise.

Chicken or rabbit meat, if desired, can not be boiled, but cut into small cubes and fry in a skillet in oil. When frying, add salt and pepper to the meat.
