This recipe belongs to this category of dishes - soup with wings and cabbage. It is easy to cook, it satiates well, it has an amazing aroma and it turns out delicious. This is the best soup when you don't want to come up with complicated dishes.

You can cook chicken broth not only from wings, but even from whole poultry. Then the meat can be divided into two dishes, half sent to soup, and the rest to another dish, for example, stew, salad or pizza. This will save time and money. Cabbage for soup is suitable not only white cabbage, but also cauliflower or broccoli, since the vitamins contained in cabbage are completely preserved. In addition, you can use assorted cabbage. Also add any other seasonal favorite vegetables to the dish. For example, peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, green peas, etc. Vegetable soups are always light, regardless of the amount of vegetables, while they are hearty and very healthy. And if you wish, you can add a handful of rice to the first course. It will turn out to be a hearty, at the same time light version of the dish.

1. Wash the chicken wings, cut at the phalanges and put them in a saucepan. Add the peeled onion, bay leaf and peppercorns. Fill with water and send to the stove to boil. Boil, remove the froth and simmer the broth over low heat for one hour. The longer you cook it, the more satisfying it will be. If foam forms during cooking, remove it, otherwise the broth will be cloudy.
