For cooking, you can take absolutely any pasta. But it is better to choose products from durum wheat: they are more useful and perfectly retain their shape during heat treatment. This product can be boiled just before cooking or you can use the pasta boiled the day before. This will allow you to use up leftover food and reduce the time you spend making your breakfast.
Meat component - sausages or small sausages from any meat (pork, beef, poultry), smoked or dairy, with bacon, cheese, spices or without additives.
The use of hard cheese is also important. It significantly improves the taste of the finished dish, as well as increases its nutritional value. Again, you can take any variety - at the discretion of the chef.

Step by step cooking of the sausage and egg pasta casserole
1. Before preparing the pasta casserole, prepare the ingredients. First, boil the pasta in salted water until tender. Drain the water, add the butter and stir. Next, clean the sausages and cut them into cubes or slices.
2. Mix with boiled pasta.
3. Rub the hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the prepared ingredients.
4. Grease the baking dish with butter or sunflower oil. Put a mixture of pasta, sausages and cheese into it.
5. Separately mix milk, spices and egg. This mixture can be beaten with a whisk or mixer until smooth. Another option is to gently mix the ingredients with a fork, not whisking, but gently stirring. In this case, homogeneity is not required. When baked, such a mass will give an interesting texture, reminiscent of a kindergarten omelet.
6. Fill the pasta with the milk-egg mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top.
7. Put in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for only 20 minutes.
