The general principle of cooking this casserole is as follows. All ingredients are preliminarily heat treated, then stacked in layers, forming a single dish, and sent to bake. For the successful preparation of this dish, it is very important to make juicy minced meat. To do this, it is advisable to twist the meat in a meat grinder several times, and it should be fried at a high temperature so that the juice does not leak out. Then the pasta casserole will remain tasty even the next day, so you can safely cook a large portion right away!

Ingredients:
- Pasta "tubules" - 200 g
- Meat - 400 g
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs.
- Eggs - 1 pc.
- Sour cream - 200 ml
- Cheese - 200 g
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for frying
Step-by-step recipe for making pasta casserole with minced meat
1. Wash the meat and peel the onion. Install a fine griddle grinder and twist the food. To make the meat filling more tender, pass the minced meat through the meat grinder again.
2. Rinse the tomatoes and twist the same. You can also grate them or beat them with a blender.
3. Place the pan on the stove, add oil and heat. Add the minced meat and fry it over high heat until light golden brown.
4. Then add the twisted tomatoes to the meat. You can use tomato juice or ketchup instead. Also season with salt, pepper and any spices.
5. Simmer the meat filling with the lid closed for about 5 minutes.
6. Pour the sour cream into another clean skillet and add the yolk.
7. Add any spices and heat until the first bubbles appear.
8. Boil the pasta in salted water. But cook them for 2 minutes less than indicated on the package, because they will come to readiness in the oven.
9. Next, start collecting the casserole. Put the vermicelli in an even layer in the mold.
10. Spread a layer of minced meat on top.
11. Pour sour cream sauce over it and sprinkle with grated cheese.
12. Place food alternately.
