This meat dish is one of the most delicious and interesting. Pork ribs are completely inexpensive. During cooking, they turn into absolutely amazing, juicy, aromatic and incredibly tender meat that easily leaves the bone and just melts in the mouth.
Naturally, each housewife cooked pork more than once, which can be considered “cooking experts” in the culinary field. Therefore, no doubt, pork in honey glaze will be appreciated even by the most refined and demanding gourmet. Of course, in our time, you will not particularly surprise anyone with such a combination of meat and honey. However, this dish has a great advantage, since everything in it is impeccably perfect: caramel glaze, and spicy onions with garlic, and juicy, tender, unusually aromatic meat.
You can serve such ribs with anything: mashed potatoes, spaghetti, rice, and even with all kinds of cereals. Any side dish will be saturated with meat sauce and will acquire a unique aroma. In addition, due to its delicacy, fried ribs will go well with red and white wine. And if you connect your imagination and add different spices to pork, then every time you can get a new and tasty result. Such an original dish will easily decorate any festive table and will definitely please everyone present.

Cooking pork ribs in honey
1. Wash pork ribs under running water and dry with a paper towel. Then cut them into portions.
2. Place the frying pan on the stove, add refined vegetable oil or other oil and heat it up. Then send the ribs to fry at high temperature so that they quickly cover with a crust, which will allow all the juice to be retained.
3. Peel the onions and garlic cloves, wash under running water, dry and cut: onion - quarter rings, garlic - into small cubes.
4. When the meat is browned, send onions and garlic to it in a frying pan.
5. Reduce heat to medium heat and continue to fry until the onions are translucent. Then season the meat with black pepper, nutmeg and salt.
6. Put honey in the pan, it will melt immediately. At this time, stir the ribs quickly so that they are evenly covered with honey glaze on all sides.
7. Bring the meat to readiness, put bay leaf, peppercorns in a frying pan and pour about 50 g of drinking water. Cover the skillet with a lid, reduce the heat to the lowest temperature and simmer the ribs for about 10 minutes. Pork ribs in honey should be served immediately after cooking, i.e. straight from the pan. Because right now they are the most delicious, juicy and tender.
