- Pork ribs - 800 g
- Ground black pepper - a pinch
- Honey - 1, 5 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Red or white dry wine - 150 ml
- Ginger powder - 1 tsp
