Step by step cooking pea soup on pork ribs - recipe with photo
1. To make the soup great, the peas should be soaked in advance. It should stand in water for at least 3-4 hours, but I most often pour peas overnight, and in the morning it is ready to use. You can also cook the soup on frozen peas.
2. In order to make the soup more aromatic and rich, fry the onions with carrots. Pre-peel the vegetables and chop them into cubes.
3. Prepare the broth. We wash the meat under running water and cook until cooked, removing the foam. Salt the broth, add a few grains of black pepper and bay leaves for flavor. Since the meat is on our bones, we will cook it for at least an hour.
4. Put the peas in the finished broth. After several hours in the water, it swelled up. Cook the peas for about 40 minutes. If you decide to use summer preparations and put frozen peas in the soup, the cooking time will be reduced to 15 minutes.
5. Peel the potatoes, set into cubes and send them to the pan.
6. When the potatoes in the soup are tender, add the frying. Be sure to try it when you cook. If necessary, add salt and pepper to taste. Cover the finished soup and let it stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
7. Well, that's all! Pea soup on pork ribs is ready. We cut greens and serve with sour cream.
8. Rich, hearty soup is already poured into bowls. Aromas scatter throughout the house, calling the family to the table.
9. We invite you to try the pea soup with pork ribs. Bon appetit, everyone!
