At first glance, spicy zucchini with garlic and mayonnaise seems like a simple side dish. However, they can become a favorite snack and an ideal option not only for an everyday dinner with your family, but also for a gala evening. Garlic zucchini recipes are very popular because they are available at cost and do not require any effort or time to prepare. There are a huge number of ways how to prepare such a spicy dish so that it is delicious at home.
Usually the vegetable is cut into slices. If it is young, then it can be rolled in flour, breaded in egg batter, or left as it is. If the fruit is already "aged", then it must be removed from the seeds and peel. In this case, it will be better to cut it into cubes. Garlic is seasoned with fried zucchini or put in a sauce that is poured over ready-made pieces of vegetable. Mayonnaise is mainly used as a sauce, but sometimes sour cream or yogurt is used. You can also add a little mustard to the sauce for piquancy. Ready meals can be decorated with greens, tomato slices, green onions, cheese shavings … You can also make canapes by placing a few fried zucchini on a skewer, between which put a fresh cucumber, tomato, slice of cheese, ham, etc. You will get a real decoration of the festive table.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise - for dressing
- Salt - 0.5 tsp
- Vegetable oil - for frying
- Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Step by step cooking spicy zucchini with garlic and mayonnaise, recipe with photo:
1. Wash the zucchini under running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut the fruit into rings about 1 cm thick.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well. Then add the courgettes and turn on medium heat. Season them with salt and fry until golden brown.
3. Flip the courgettes over and cook until the same consistency.
4. Remove the courgettes from the pan and place them nicely on a serving plate.
5. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press, squeezing it onto fried zucchini. Make sure that a portion of the garlic mass gets on each zucchini.
6. Pour mayonnaise on the zucchini. Adjust its amount to your liking and preference. Serve the appetizer right after cooking. It is in fresh form that spicy zucchini with garlic and mayonnaise are the most fragrant and delicious.
