1. Pour room temperature kefir into a bowl for kneading dough. Watch the temperature of the fermented milk product, because kefir will enter into the correct reaction with soda only at a warm temperature. Otherwise, the muffins will not rise when baking.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl of kefir.

3. Then add raw eggs. They also should not be cold, so as not to cool the temperature of the entire liquid mass. Whisk the liquid ingredients until smooth.
