Zucchini dough is the simplest dough to prepare and at the same time low-calorie. It will dilute a bland, not tasty diet, make life more fun and tastier. The energy value of zucchini is very low, while the fruits contain many vitamins and vegetable acids, which are necessary for the normal functioning of the body. There are several options for preparing the dough, and each of the recipes has unsurpassed notes. This recipe includes rye flour and semolina, which is unique. Its main advantage is the absence of wheat flour, which significantly reduces the calorie content.

- Zucchini - 500-600 g
- Rye flour - 3 tablespoons
- Semolina - 100 g
- Eggs - 1 pc.

Step by step preparation of diet squash dough:
1. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends on both sides. If the fruits are ripe, then peel them from the hard skin and remove the large seeds. Such actions are not carried out with young and dairy vegetables.
2. Grate the courgettes on a coarse grater and place in a deep bowl. You can use a food processor for this action.
3. Add salt and mix well.
