1. Sort the plums, removing the green, overripe, wormy and cracked fruits. Wash them under running cold water.

3. Cut dry berries on one side, bringing the knife to the bone. Carefully remove the bone so that the plum remains intact and the two halves do not split in half.
4. Place the plums in a plastic bag or plastic freezer dish.
5. Release all air from the bag and send the plums to the freezer. Switch on the "intensive" freezing mode at -23 ° С. Crush the plums from time to time so that they do not stick together. When they are completely frozen, return the freezer to the previous mode, but the temperature should not be higher than -15 ° C. Store frozen pitted whole plums in the freezer until next season.
