Potato recipe:

You will need half a cup of well-washed potato peels:

  1. Grind them and add half a cup of flaxseed.
  2. Stir everything and pour half a liter of water into the mixture.
  3. Cook over low heat until the consistency of a thick gruel.
  4. Immerse your hands in this gruel for 20 minutes, then rinse them with warm water and dry them. Lubricate scratches and cracks with tincture of iodine (2%).
