Chocolate spread is a great homemade product recipe that is completely simple to make, moreover, from ordinary products. There are several varieties of chocolate paste: with nuts, with cocoa powder, with chocolate (milk, bitter, white), with other additives. Everything is delicious in its own way, besides there is one more bonus - when preparing a homemade product, you don't have to think about whether it is useful or harmful, how many calories, etc. Since homemade sweets are always healthier and tastier than store sweets without stabilizers, thickeners, GM additives, soy lecithin, etc.
The main ingredients for making chocolate spread are milk, which gives the dessert a delicate milky flavor. Butter is necessary to make the paste harden and thicken in the refrigerator, while remaining tender. Sugar will make the product sweet. You can replace sugar and butter with condensed milk. This product will simultaneously make the pasta sweet and thicken the dessert, making it easier to prepare. And, of course, chocolate or cocoa powder, which will give the treat a chocolate color.

Step-by-step recipe for making chocolate spread with nuts:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan, place on the stove and heat to warm temperature. Pour in the flour (it is advisable to sift it through a fine sieve) and mix well with a whisk so that there are no lumps. Continue heating food.
2. Then add sugar and cocoa powder, which is also better to sift.
3. Continuously stir the food vigorously, bringing the milk to a boil. As soon as you see the first bubbles, it means that the milk has boiled. Remove the saucepan from the stove and add the butter. Stir well with a whisk or spoon so that it completely dissolves and spreads throughout the mass.
4. Pierce the walnuts in a hot, clean, dry frying pan and add to the paste. Nuts can be ground into powder on a coffee grinder, or chopped into medium pieces with a knife. This is the cook's choice, so do as you like. Stir the food well and leave to cool to room temperature in a saucepan. Then transfer to a glass container, seal with a lid and send to the refrigerator, where soak the paste for at least an hour so that it cools and completely freezes. Its consistency will become viscous and stringy.
5. This chocolate paste can be used not only for breakfast, but also for baking pies and muffins, pancake filling, cake decorating, etc.
