Baking with carrots has been around for a long time, but not all housewives know about it. A special peak of popularity for such carrot products came at the end of the 60s of the last century, when proper and healthy nutrition became fashionable. After all, carrot products are actually considered "healthy" baked goods.
The taste of carrot muffins is simply divine. In order for the product to rise well into the dough, baking soda or soda is most often added along with baking powder. The dough itself can be kneaded in several ways. For example, as for muffins, dry and liquid products are mixed separately, and then combined. Or you can use a regular butter cake like a biscuit. But in any case, if the cake is baked correctly, then it turns out to be slightly moist, juicy, aromatic and well baked.
In addition, this cupcake can be made a real birthday cake. To do this, cut it in half, soak the cakes with syrup, grease with your favorite cream and decorate with something. And you can add all kinds of additives to the dough itself, like nuts, raisins, fruits, etc.
