- glass jar with a lid;
- foam sponges;
- paper napkins or special ones for decoupage (the latter is preferable);
- PVA glue;
- acetone;
- acrylic lacquer;
- acrylic paint;
- scissors;
- brush;
- hairdryer.
Degrease the jar and lid with acetone or alcohol, or use nail polish remover. Paint both surfaces white. To dry the layer faster, dry it with a cold stream from a hair dryer.
The blue paint can now be applied to the surface. To do this, add a few drops of blue to white, mix well. Cover the jar with this solution using a sponge.
Carefully peel off the top layer from a decoupage or regular napkin with the appropriate pattern. In a separate container, add 3 parts of water to 1 part of PVA glue, mix.
Apply a napkin to the jar, dipping the brush in a water solution of glue, coat it. This must be done very carefully so as not to tear the thin paper.
First glue the napkin in the center, then towards the edges. Attach carefully with a sponge, then dry with a cold stream from a hair dryer.

Please be patient to wait for the paint to dry. Take a flat squirrel brush and apply varnish, using it, over the fragments from the napkins. When the first coat is dry, cover with the second.
