Pepper is also no less useful, if only because of the high content of vitamin C. But since there are many variations of the cleansing salad, this set of products can be supplemented with other vegetables. Garlic, carrots, apples, horseradish, herbs, beets, cucumbers are added to raw cabbage … it all depends on your desires and imagination.

1. Peel the white cabbage from the upper leaves. they are usually dirty, wash under running water, dry and chop finely into thin strips.
