Step-by-step Thai pork recipe: a list of necessary ingredients and the technology for preparing a delicious meat dish. Video recipes.
Thai pork is a hearty meat dish with a rich flavor. Usually this food is very spicy, but not everyone loves hot food. Our recipe is adapted to the children's menu. And if you wish, you can easily add piquancy using grated ginger root and hot chili.
The basis is pork. To get the best possible taste of the finished dish, it is best to use the tenderloin. This is the flesh from the back of the carcass, devoid of layers of fat, veins and bones. It is considered the most delicious and tender. Its calorie content is slightly lower than that of meat from other parts, which allows the product to be included in various diets. Of course, you can take meat from other parts as well - it all depends on personal preference.
In addition, onions, carrots and bell peppers are also present in the recipe. They make the taste of the dish multifaceted and facilitate the digestion of the meat product. This also makes it possible to serve it to the table without any side dish.
Soy sauce and lemon juice add exquisite notes. In addition, these ingredients speed up the cooking of meat. Garlic is responsible for the slightly piquant taste and enhances the aroma.

How to cook Thai pork step by step
1. Before you cook Thai pork, prepare the meat. Rinse the pulp and cut into elongated thin strips. Place in a deep container and fill with lemon juice and soy sauce. This marinade will prepare the pork for quick cooking and will add a slight sourness to the taste.
2. Peel the chives and cut them into thin slices. Add to the meat, mix and leave for 30 minutes. It is best to leave the plate at room temperature to speed up the marinating process.
3. Without wasting time, we start processing vegetables. Peel and chop onions, peppers and carrots. The dish will look more attractive if all the ingredients are in the same shape. Therefore, we cut the vegetables into medium-sized strips. So they will keep their shape well during heat treatment and cook quite quickly.
4. Heat a frying pan over high heat, grease with oil. We spread the meat in small portions so that it is evenly fried. Fry until crusty and place on a separate plate.
5. After the meat, put the prepared vegetables in the pan and fry them, stirring so that they cook evenly and do not burn.
6. After 10-13 minutes, return the meat to the pan. Fill with the remaining soy-lemon marinade. Add hot seasonings if desired. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. We check for readiness. The meat should be soft.
7. Appetizing and tasty Thai pork is ready! For lovers of meat products, it can be safely laid out on a separate plate as an independent dish. You can also combine with any side dish - potatoes, porridge, vegetable salads, sprinkle with fresh chopped herbs.
