And the calorie content of the dish can be controlled by the ingredients added, making it more dietary or satisfying.
This casserole does not require special preparation of products. Zucchini and meat are fried and then baked under sour cream gravy. Although there are many ways to prepare it. You can add tomatoes, potatoes, cauliflower, bell peppers and other ingredients to the recipe. Only imagination and taste preferences can limit the variety of products.

Ingredients:
- Zucchini - 1 pc.
- Meat - 300 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Hard cheese - 100 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Dill - bunch
- Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
- Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp or to taste
- Refined vegetable oil - for frying
Cooking meat casserole with zucchini
1. Cut off the film and veins from the meat, remove excess fat, wash and pat dry with a paper towel. Then cut it into medium pieces. Do not cut it very finely, otherwise during frying, the meat will dry out too much and lose its juiciness. Any type of meat can be used. If you want to get a more dietary dish, then chicken, veal or rabbit meat is suitable. Eat a hearty meal, use pork or beef.
2. Heat the frying pan with vegetable oil well, set a high heat and send the meat to fry. The high temperature will allow the meat to quickly crust over and retain all the juiciness. Fry it for about 10 minutes, and 2-3 minutes before finishing, season with salt and pepper.
3. Wash the courgettes, wipe off with a napkin and cut into rings about 5 mm thick. If using overripe fruits, remove the rough skin from them and remove the seeds. But it is advisable to buy young zucchini, they are more juicy, soft and tender.
4. In another skillet, fry the zucchini on both sides until lightly golden in vegetable oil. After browning them on one side, flip them over and season with salt and pepper.
5. Prepare the dressing. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and chop the dill. Cool the sour cream. Cheese grate on a fine grater. You can use any cheese according to your taste and allowing finances: feta, mozzarella, feta cheese, suluguni, Adyghe, tushinsky. Better use fat sour cream, you can replace it with 20% cream.
