Ingredients:
- Whey (can be replaced with milk or water) - 1 glass
- Sugar - 150 g
- Semolina - 300 g
- Flour - 150 g
- Soda - 1 tsp
- Jam from any fruit or thick jam
Making Whey Semolina Muffins:
- Pour whey (milk or water) into a deep bowl, add soda, semolina, flour, mix thoroughly. Insist a little. Add sugar to the mass, mix again, completely get rid of lumps. The consistency of the mass should be like sour cream.
- If the tins used for baking are metal or plastic, grease them with sunflower oil. But the silicone does not have to be processed. Fill the molds up to half with the prepared dough. Put half a teaspoon of jam on top of the dough in each muffin, and then gently pour the dough to the top.
