In our family, almost everyone has a sweet tooth, so we bake quite often. Today for dessert muffins, but not simple, but strawberry - after all, the season of this berry is just in the yard. In my opinion, muffins are much better than any other dessert: it's not so difficult to cook, and the portion is rather small - you won't overeat. And it's also easy to take with you, for example, on a picnic, and you can also visit: I tied a box with a dozen cupcakes with a ribbon - and you are doubly glad. We will prepare the muffin dough based on sour cream, but most importantly - strawberries. The berries should be sweet, ripe and firm. Follow the photo recipe and make this dessert easy.

Ingredients:
- Flour - 2 tbsp.
- Sugar - about 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
- Egg - 1 pc.
- Strawberry - 300 g
- Baking powder - 2 tsp

The muffin dough is easy to prepare. Combine sugar, sour cream, vegetable oil and an egg, mix into a homogeneous mass. I took sour cream not of the highest fat content - 20%, and it is better not to change the amount of sugar: due to the fact that strawberries in baked goods will give sourness, such an amount is completely justified.
Pour in the sifted flour, combined with baking powder, little by little. We achieve uniformity with a whisk or mixer. The dough should not turn out very viscous, it looks like thick sour cream.
Wash the berries, sort through, remove the green tails and cut into several parts. Add strawberries to the dough and stir in gently.
Lay out the metal baking dish with silicone or paper molds and lay out the dough. Leave about a quarter of the baking dish for the muffins to rise, to form a nice cap, but so that the dough does not overflow.
We put in a preheated oven and bake at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Do not overdo them so they don't get too dry.
Serve the muffins, garnish with fresh berries or powdered sugar if desired.
