To feed your family a quality product all year round, you need to prepare applesauce without sugar for the winter. The regular use of such a fruit treat is invaluable for both adults and babies. Apples are rich in iron, calcium, copper, magnesium, vitamins A, B, C, D, PP. But before starting the harvesting process, let's get acquainted with the rules for making applesauce:

  • Choose sweet apples.
  • Harvest them without added sugar.
  • After boiling, cook the apples for no longer than 20 minutes. Otherwise, many vitamins will be digested.
  • Do not cook large portions in one bowl. During the cooking process, the mass "shoots", from which there is a risk of burning your hands and staining the walls.
  • Take dishes with thick sides and bottom.

1. Sort the apples, selecting only high-quality, ripe and not spoiled fruits. Wash and dry with a paper towel. Cut off the tail, remove the seeds and seeds and cut into cubes.
