Step by step cooking of baked peaches in honey and wine sauce, recipe with photo:
1. Take peaches that are dense and firm. Sort out very soft, with rot and spoiled places. Wash the fruits under running water, rubbing well with your hands to wash off the dusting. Then dry them with a paper towel.
2. Put honey, softened butter and wine into a baking dish. Take any wine: red or white to taste. It can also be the cheapest. And for the children's table, replace the wine with any fruit juice.
3. Stir the food directly in the dish and distribute it over the entire bottom.
4. Put all the peaches in the mold, tightly stacked with each other.
5. Swirl the peaches until they are evenly covered with sauce.
6. Send the peaches in honey-wine sauce to bake in a heated oven to 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size of the fruit and the desired consistency of their readiness. If you want the fruits to remain firm, then keep them for 10-15 minutes. If you want them to become soft and tender, then soak for 20-30 minutes. Serve ready-made peaches hot or chilled for dessert.
