Drinks made with it are very popular in bars and restaurants. And the recipe for a delicious cocktail with cognac suggested below is one more of them. This wonderful elixir appeared in France, and it got its name from the French city of Cognac in the 11th century. If you are looking for unusual recipes for delicious drinks, I suggest making a cocktail with baked milk, peaches and cognac, which we will talk about in this review. Not a lot of cognac is used in the recipe. It is not even felt. Although to taste, you can adjust the amount to your liking.
Peaches, round or slightly elongated fruits, with velvety skin and juicy yellow or pink flesh, go well not only with fruits, but also in low-alcohol drinks. This fruit is used fresh for the recipe, but frozen or canned fruit will work. They also retain taste and aroma perfectly. Baked milk gives the drink softness and light nutty taste. But ordinary pasteurized milk is suitable for a cocktail.
