This time we will cheat a little: we will bake a healthy vegetable in an omelet with a lot of cheese - this is what your tomboys will like. In addition, the serving of the dish will not be quite ordinary. We will bake broccoli in muffin tins, we will have wonderful muffins with a green tree inside. This will surely inspire the little ones to eat every crumb! By the way, you can not only bake broccoli in the oven, but also steam the vegetable - this will make the dish even more tender. - Wheat flour - 1, 5 tbsp. l.

First, let's mix the ingredients for a light dough, and in fact - an omelet, in which we bake broccoli. Combine the egg, flour and sour cream, salt and beat well.
Three hard cheese on a fine grater and add to the egg mass. We mix.
We wash the broccoli head under running water, divide into inflorescences, cutting off too long legs and boil in boiling, slightly salted water for 2 minutes. Take it out with a slotted spoon and immediately put it in ice water or cool it under running very cold water. This must be done so that the cabbage remains the same bright green color. Otherwise, it will tarnish and the broccoli will not look so appetizing.
