This dish is prepared very quickly, the zucchini add juiciness to the fried meat, and in general, a very harmonious and aromatic result is obtained. Use the piece of pork you like best. For example, if you are not afraid of the calorie content of the dish, then take a neck, prefer a more dietary dish - buy a lean piece, for example, a tenderloin. 1. Wash the pork, peel off the film, cut off excess fat (if you do not want to get too fatty dish), cut it into medium-sized pieces and place in a preheated pan.
