Cooking scrambled eggs with cabbage in pancakes
1. Bake pancakes according to your favorite recipe. Then you need to make a boat out of it so that the filling is kept inside. To do this, give it a square shape, as shown in the photo, and fasten the edges with a toothpick so that the pancake is well fixed.
2. Chop a clean, dry skillet and cook on medium heat. Put a pancake on it. It is not necessary to grease the pan with oil, because they already contain oil. But if you don't add any fat to the pancake dough, then coat the pan with a thin layer of any oil. Then put the prepared pancake envelope on it.
3. Fill the cavity of the pancake with stewed cabbage or any other food. Cover the pan with a lid and heat a little to warm the pancake and cabbage. the egg cooks much faster. Then all foods will be at the same temperature.
4. Pour the egg onto the cabbage. You can add a little salt to it to taste.
5. Stir the egg slightly until it becomes a mash. Although you can leave the yolk intact if you wish. Cook the eggs until the egg coagulates.
6. Put the food on a plate, remove the toothpicks and you can start your meal. These scrambled eggs are enriched with many healthy ingredients, so they will give you strength and vitality until lunchtime.
