In many families, pork, like chicken, is a fairly frequent guest on the daily menu. It is soft, moderately greasy, versatile and unpretentious to prepare. Due to its not pronounced taste, any meat dish can be made from it. But fried pork is especially revered - puffed up, toasted, separating into fibers.

Pork, like chicken, is combined with many sauces, incl. and sweet. Moreover, even intense and bright additives do not drown out the natural taste and aroma of pork itself. And this speaks of the wide possibilities of various flavor combinations.

The base of the sauce in this recipe is spicy, aromatic, fresh and moderately sour orange juice. The taste of meat - ground ginger and garlic - makes it even more piquant. Such "company" in the process of frying impregnates and saturates the pork, giving it an amazing taste.
