2. Select a glass jar of a size that suits you and pour the flakes into it.
3. Add honey to the container.
4. Add coconut flakes.
5. Add ground ginger and add any other spices you like. For example, it occurred to me to pour in ground cinnamon powder. Alternatively, you can use fresh ginger root instead of ginger powder.
6. Fill the food with milk, but not completely, so that 1, 5-2 fingers are left to the neck. Close the container with a lid and shake to mix the food. Leave them to infuse for at least 1 hour, or overnight.
7. After a while, the oatmeal will swell and absorb all the liquid.
8. Now place the chopped pears or other fruit of your choice in the jar. To enhance the taste, pears can be pre-fried in a pan in vegetable oil.

Note:
- Such jars can be frozen for up to a month. But then do not fill it to the brim of the container. It is advisable to put the food in 2/3 parts to avoid cracking the container.
