After all, you can prepare it in the evening, and in the morning you can just eat it or take it with you to training or work.
You can control the size of the serving by the size of a small jar. Usually, a container is taken that holds 1 tbsp. liquids. However, the classic lazy oatmeal is made in a 0.4-0.5 liter glass jar. Its neck is wide, and the lid is hermetically screwed on. However, you can cook oatmeal not only in a glass jar, but also in a plastic bowl, container or saucepan. Any container will do.
To begin with, oatmeal in a jar is easy to prepare, while the food is nutritious and perfectly satiating. Flakes are very useful, balanced in composition, practically free of sugar and fat, rich in vitamins, protein, fiber, calcium. The number of variations of such recipes is huge.
