Step-by-step preparation of pearl barley with honey agarics
1. Preparation of barley must be started in advance. We place the cereals in a saucepan with a thick bottom, fill with water in a volume of 1-1.5 liters and leave at room temperature for 2 hours. Then we drain all the liquid, pour 3 glasses of clean water into the container and set on maximum heat. At the time of boiling, reduce the heat and boil for 15 minutes. During this time, the water can completely boil away. We try barley, if it is not ready yet, then add 100-150 ml of boiling water and cook until cooked for about 5 minutes more. This method of preparation provides crispness to the groats. Next, drain the remaining liquid and place the pan on a plank.
