- Milk - 200 ml
- Sugar - 3-4 tablespoons or to taste
- Eggs - 2 pcs.

- Cream 45% fat - 200 ml
- Instant coffee - 7 tsp or to taste
Step-by-step preparation of Glasse creamy-coffee ice cream with spices, recipe with photo:
1. Pour milk into a saucepan, add sugar, add coffee and spices.
2. Boil milk, remove from heat and leave to cool to room temperature. Then remove the spices and strain to remove the formed foam.
3. Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.
4. Beat the yolks with a mixer until a lemon color and a smooth, astringent consistency are formed.
5. Pour coffee milk over the yolks and whisk the products until smooth.
6. Return the mixture to the saucepan and pour in the cream. Place food on the stove over medium heat and heat to a boil, but should not boil.
7. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool again to room temperature.
