The pumpkin can be used frozen, then it will cook much faster. But in this case, before baking, it is better to defrost it and drain the excess liquid. Prunes are used pitted. If a bone is present, then it must be removed in advance. Dry dryers must be soaked in advance so that they become juicy. 1. Peel the pumpkin, remove seeds and fibers. Wash and dry with a paper towel. Cut it into medium pieces and place them in a convenient baking dish. The pumpkin should be in one row.
