We all love salads, especially those who do not want to gain extra calories. Then we turn our attention to vegetable salads. Today we want to share with you a recipe for cabbage salad, but not white cabbage, but Peking cabbage. Peking cabbage itself is more tender, and is paired with foods such as crab sticks, corn, green peas, and many other vegetables. The salad is simple and can vary in composition as you make. Our salad will be made from eggs, corn and croutons. We assure you it will be delicious, let's cook.

- Peking cabbage - 400 g
- Corn - 1 can
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Croutons - 100 g
- Green onions - 1 bunch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil - 3-4 tbsp. l.
Step-by-step preparation of Chinese cabbage salad with corn and croutons - recipe and photo
The first step is to disassemble the cabbage into sheets. Let's add them one by one. Cut lengthwise, then crosswise. You will get small pieces of cabbage. If the cabbage is very young (the leaves are greener), then pick the cabbage with your hands into small pieces.
Set the eggs for the salad to boil in advance. Then let us cool and clean them. Cut the eggs into cubes. Quail eggs cut into halves will look spectacular.
Open the corn, drain the liquid from it and add all the grains to the salad bowl.
Rinse green onions and cut into rings. If the salad will be served immediately, add the croutons. We took ready-made herb croutons. But preparing them yourself is not difficult. Cut the bread into cubes, sprinkle with vegetable oil and sprinkle with herbs. Stir the bread and place it on a baking sheet. Put in the oven for 15 minutes at 200 degrees. Just watch them so they don't burn out.
Salt and pepper the salad to taste and season with olive or sunflower oil.
