Step by step cooking salad with ham, Chinese cabbage and croutons, recipe with photo:
1. Wash and dry Chinese cabbage leaves with a paper towel. Then chop into thin strips. Be sure to cut the white part of the leaf at the base of the stump, because it is in it that all the juiciness and benefits of the vegetable are contained.
2. Place the cabbage in a salad bowl, season with salt and stir.
3. Cut the ham into strips, cubes, slices or any other shape and send to the cabbage.
4. Season food with dried ground garlic. If not, you can add a finely chopped clove of fresh garlic.
5. Then add vegetable oil to the food.
6. Stir the salad with ham and Chinese cabbage well and arrange it on portioned plates, and sprinkle the food with croutons on top. I draw your attention to the fact that crackers should be added immediately before eating the dish so that they do not get wet and do not turn into a wet crumb.
