- Peking cabbage - 5-6 leaves
- Lemon - 0.25
- Corn - 200 g (frozen in the recipe)
- Salt - a pinch
- Vegetable oil - for dressing
- Smoked chicken leg - 1 pc.
- Grain French mustard - 1 tsp
- Eggs - 2 pcs.
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
Step by step preparation of salad with Chinese cabbage, smoked meats, corn and poached egg, recipe with photo:
1. Put cold water into a glass and pour the contents of the egg.
2. Send the glass of eggs to the microwave and cook at 850 kW for 1 minute. Then drain the water, because if the egg is in hot water, the yolk will continue to boil.
