Step by step preparation of radish salad with herbs and egg
Rinse the radishes thoroughly, cut off the root and the place where the tops were. Cut the radishes into half rings.
Boil the eggs. Cool them down. Peel and cut into cubes. If the eggs are fresh, then salt the water in which you cook.
Chop greens. In addition to green onions, use other herbs - dill, parsley, wild garlic.
Season the salad with sour cream and add salt and pepper to taste.
